Dopper's festival journey

Dopper aims to establish lasting relationships with consumers without solely focusing on selling more bottles due to their commitment to sustainability. Essense presented us with the challenge of assisting Dopper in achieving this goal.
To do this, we focused on creating a distinctive user experience focused on festivals. The process consists of empathizing with users through co-constructive interviews, which leads to the creation of personas and ultimately a redesign of Dopper’s customer journey, resulting in a new User experience for Dopper at festivals.
This project has been a great starting point in discovering my own identity related to empathic design, thefore the taught methods of user experience and empathic design had an affect on later projects, and consequently contributing to my vision in empathic design.
